About

Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallable, authoritative, and completely inerrant Word of God.

  • We believe in the eternal, triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe the God we serve is the creator and sustainer of all things, and the source of all truth. He is holy, righteous, loving, good, and full of mercy.

  • We believe that God upholds, disposes, and governs all creatures, actions, and things, and that God, in His ordinary providence, makes use of means, yet is free to work without, above or against them at his pleasure.

  • We believe that all people are, by nature, separated from God and responsible for their own sin, but that salvation, redemption, and forgiveness are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. When a person repents of sin and accepts Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord, trusting Him to save, that person is immediately born again and sealed by the Holy Spirit, all his sins are forgiven, and that person becomes a child of God, and is eternally with the Lord.

  • We believe in the true deity and full humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in His virgin birth, in his sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.

  • We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone, and that good works, done in obedience to God’s commandments, are the fruits and evidences of a true and lively faith.

  • We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling and leading, the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

  • We believe the only true basis of Christian fellowship is Christ’s Agape love, which is greater than any differences we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.
